Set up your own corporation. Now
look for expensive homes for sale, or go through a local estate
agent.Sign a note for the corporation for yearly rental, with
option to buy later. You can now move in. If the note is for 90
days, you may not have to pay any rent, or if necessary, start
only small monthly payments. Now, if you want to keep the home
and buy it, go to the original owner. Offer a price lower than
originally asked, and pay with stock from the corporation, if
possible. If not, get a cash loan from a bank for the lower price.
A second method is to become a house
sitter. Live in a luxury home for the homeowner, who may be away
traveling for months - many people who can afford it travel most
of the time. If you live in a large city, you can probably get
year round rent free simply by house sitting for different home
owners and using some names of previous clients as references.
