I experienced a sudden
increase in refund requests
recently.
That made me unhappy :-(
Until I realized that my *percentage*
of refund
requests had stayed the same....it was my sales that
went through the roof!
So I guess that's good news! Phew!
More refund request, more tech support,
more
customer service...but as long as it's due to more
sales, I'm a happy bunny :-)
