Information on Using Affiliate Links

People often ask me whether they should use affiliate
links in the ebooks they're writing.

It's a good question.

My thoughts are that you would gain credibility by
NOT using affiliate links... people would then assume
the recommendation was unbiased.

But, on the other hand, most people wouldn't know or
care whether you used an affiliate link. Personally,
I put a disclaimer in my ebooks saying that there's no
reason not to use an affiliate link as long as I
would've recommended the product anyway.

After all, if you don't use an affiliate link, you
are literally leaving money in the hands of a company
which they would be quite happy to give you for
referring the new customer...it just doesn't seem
right! :-)
